Somewhat random thoughts of the day.

The Ads

You may have noticed the Google Ads on the site lately. They will be one a few pages to test out. The ones on my blog and Angela's are temporary. The rest are on pages that are likely to be visited by outsiders (who will hopefully click on those links) and not our clique, and will likely be permanent.

Any comments, questions, gripes or complaints should be posted here.

Gollum Cardinal

There's this darwinian cardinal that's been smacking itself into Kate's kitchen window. We don't know why, we just know that it habitually takes a flying dive at the window every five minutes. Chuck was supposed to get me footage of this bird, but considering he didn't I must present you with this.

Rutgers all the way, baby.

After hearing from the other schools, I will be attending Rutgers University in the fall of 2004.

I need to get me a Rutgers T-shirt!

Before you die, you see the Ziering

WaxyLinks pointed me towards this: The Ziering. There's got to be more of these people out there. I nominate Wil Wheaton, even though he's been in other stuff that's not bad.

75 degrees is the magical temperature

When the temperature reaches 75 degrees at Rowan, productivity slows to a halt and much of the clothing worn the previous month is returned to the closet, replaced with short clothing. Short clothing wouldn't be a problem, provided people at Rowan were attractive.

The warm weather has allowed me to ride my bike some more, but other than that, the fun hasn't set in yet. I still have an advanced GIS project, a stats project, and my senior seminar paper to write.

Soon enough though, I'll be out of (undergrad) college and have a BA. Wow. These past four years have really flown by. I've changed so much over my time at Rowan as well. I'm glad to be moving on, I'll just have to remember to keep in touch with my friends.

Update

I was accepted to VCU and Albany this past week and my senior seminar presentation is tonight. I'm feeling pretty good about the end of this semester being not too far away.
